To the lost email sender

I received a message the other day asking me about what my nutritionist had recommended the other day and dammit if the message has mysteriously disappeared. Of course I cannot remember their username either.

So to whomever that was I will write it here in the hope they will read it.

I was having trouble with feeling full and thought I needed a fill. Turns out I didn't. I went to visit my nutritionist and she recommended I eat 4oz dense protein(meat) at each meal and 3 oz veggies. I admit I wasn't eating a whole lot of dense foods. I tried this and it has helped. My weight loss has resumed.

I am coming up on my first visit and am wondering if he will want to do a fill or not. Is there a certain criteria that they use to make that decision?
