Today has been a great day.:confused: I am moving in the right direction, finally!

I have lost 7.5 LBS since Jan. 3rd. 2010. Can not wait to get back to where I was a year ago, I felt so much better at that weight. I will get there, with determination and lots of will power and help from all you great people here at Lapbandtalk.com. Wishing you all continued success in your weight loss journey. :rolleyes:
