:biggrin: Today I went to the Doctors to be filled... I got on the scale and DAMN... I gained 3 pounds. My mouth dropped and I was so upset. All the way home I was upset. It might not be a lot, but to me it is. Thanksgiving did me in....

3 pounds.... WOW!!!!! :wink2:

Let yourself off the hook! Think of what you would say to a friend who gained three pounds! A year from now none of this will matter...plus you got a fill so its a whole new world now for you!

Hey Girl, 3 pounds is not that much. I know how you feel though. Thanksgiving I went over board myself, but I got back on track and moved on. So don't worry you will lose those 3 pounds and then some. We will get through this. God Bless.
