Since my surgery August 19, 2009, I have been eating right,  I try to exercise every day.  I have a new outlook on food now.  I use to be a junk food person.  But now, I look at calories, and potions.  I never did that before.  I really didn't care before. My saying back then was, " We all have to died one day, and I'm going to do that, by loving what I like to do.  And that was loving food."  I remember when I had my first daughter, I lost about 70lbs and I liked it.  But it all came back plus more.  The same thing happen with my second daughter.  Then I thought to myself.  Am I going to have to keep getting pregnant just to loose weight, I didn't want that so I started maintaining the weight that I did have.  I've always been big,  anywhere from 315-360. I would love to be 200-220.  If this is want its going to take, than I'm going to do my best to make it happen.
