A couple of things you can do..change up your diet...if you are eating 1000 calories a day consistantly right now...eat 800 today 1200 tomorrow 1000 the next 800, 1200, 1000... Sometimes when you are eating exactly the same thing all the time it can go into a maintenance mode.

You can also do a 5 day pouch test

Surgical Weight Loss 5 Day Pouch Test

I would probably do the pouch test if I was you. It is more like restarting the process and it should give you a boost in starting to lose weight again.

I have also been maintaining the same weight for a month and a half and have been exercising and drinking a lot more water. It's frustrating isn't it. I looked into the 5 day pouch test and I think that sounds like a plan. Good luck to you!
