A week ago, I was eating bkf. scrambled eggs on wheat bread. I was half way when I realized that my chest was hurting. "Call me crazy". but I had forgotten that I had the lap band done. I was thinking that something was really wrong. I was going to go to the hospital.. All I could say was What is that. What's wrong with me..... After about 5min. It went away... I realized that it was restriction... I am so crazy at times.. I just have to laugh at myself.......

LOL! Ouch! When something gets stuck it hurts so bad!!! Poor thing! You were probably freaking out...at least you realized before you got to the hospital! LMAO

LOL I know how you feel. This has happened to me a few times since I just started feeling some restriction. I start gobbling something down because I'm hungry and then quickly realize I need to slooooooooowwwwww down and chew. I hate that painful feeling in my chest, but its good to know the band is working.
