Help I'm hungry and tomorrow is Thanksgiving!

Tomorrow will be my one week banding anniversary!! Feeling better each day! I am really starting to feel actual hunger pains though! At this stage, does anyone have any suggestions on things to help with the hunger???

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving! I am thinking of just hibernating in the bedroom all day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hear ya- I was banded on the on the 16th. I have really been hungry the last 3 days. I called my dr's office and they said that instead of having just clear soup, I could start having some cream (strained of course) soup. It really has been more satisfying. Good luck- you can do it!!

Also banded on the 19th. So far I have only been hungry a few times. I do eat creamy soup but only a four ounces. And I will have a jello or pudding with it. I had cream of wheat for breakfast, it was awful but managed 4 oz. down me. I have lost 10lbs for pre op and 14 lbs since my banding on the 19th, I am very pleased.

So take some cream of chicken soup and a jello and have a wonderful Thanksgiving.:cursing:
