Had surgery 12 November 2009

Well, I actually had surgery on 12 November 2009. All went well. I am not in much pain. I vow to stay away from scale. I want to only weigh myself 1x a week. I stress out when the numbers aren't what I am looking for.

Had my surgery on 11/10. Overnight in the hospital was the WORST part. Feeling good, going back to work tomorrow.

Well, I guess it has been a few years since i wrote in this blog. So, I am having a revision from lap band to sleeve tomorrow. 9 Feb 15. I am excited but nervous. I would like to write every week. The exception will be this week. I will write after surgery and again over the week. See you on the Loser Bench!
