Frustrated

I am so very frustrated with my Dr's. office - completed final dietician meeting on Oct. 1st was told that I should know something in 2 to 3 weeks. I called insurance company on 10-12 to see if anything has been submitted - Nothing recieved from the Dr's. office. Called Dr.'s office and the office staff sucks and are very rude. Telling me that it takes time and they are not going to have me pressure them. I held my end of making sure I kept my appointment and making sure they had my paperwork. Rude person tells me she just got paperwork on Tues. Why just on Tuesday when I finished what I was supposed to do on the 1st? Paper needed didn't arrive till Tues. I DIDN'T RECIEVE the form till Tuesday - Why wasn't somebody checking the folder to make sure everything was there??? We started this back in APRIL!! Thinking of changing Dr. - Don't know what to do at this point. Am I not being fair??
