Frustrated

I am so very frustrated with my Dr's. office - completed final dietician meeting on Oct. 1st was told that I should know something in 2 to 3 weeks. I called insurance company on 10-12 to see if anything has been submitted - Nothing recieved from the Dr's. office. Called Dr.'s office and the office staff sucks and are very rude. Telling me that it takes time and they are not going to have me pressure them. I held my end of making sure I kept my appointment and making sure they had my paperwork. R
