YES BG, a lot of people missed you. I was looking everyday keeping in mind that you were going to AZ. on vacation. But I paniced a little when I saw the date on your blog today, 9/8! Only reason I brought this up is today is my 26 th. anniversary.

Anyway, I look forward to hearing more. Isn't Sedona one of the most beautiful places!! Barbara

I missed YOU TOO ;-) Just had my third fill on Monday and it has not checked in yet I am still waiting and going real slow. I know I will feel it soon. Being on vacation is wonderful, thanks for sharing yours. It is hard and you are correct the BAND does NOT take a vacation when you do. I know that now!!!!!

I have never been there and I can't wait to go someday. I am in under the onederland sooooo delighted. 14 weeks and 60 pounds. My nurse says I must be doing something right. I just think the band is playing my music. Welcome home. imaluckydog Kathy

Dear Groupie:

So glad you are back. I am new to lap band talk, I did not find the site until a month or two after my surgery. I have say that I found your blog so funny that I went back and read everything from the beginning of your journey. You are an inspiration to us all.

I was banded on 5/22/09 and have lost 44 pounds. My starting weight was 265 and I am now at 221. I am hoping that I will hit onederland by New Years. I will be a very happy camper. I have had 4 fills and I think that I have pretty good restriction now but I have to listen to my band. I grew up being told to "clean my plate" so it is very hard not to eat everything although I am full. I am learning though.

Thanks again for all your wonderful posts. I enjoy get my laugh for the day.

Melanie
