4th fill today, 2 1/2 months post op. 30 lbs lost

my weight has fluctuated some, but if you go by todays reading i am at 224.3, which is like just over 2lbs lost since my last fill... (not enough!)

so today he filled .5 mls....

we shall see if this makes a difference or not. im starving right now, i can tell you that for sure. no responses on my earlier post regarding occasional Left shoulder pain... oh well. how are other folks doing?

30 pounds lost is good, just think of it this way...It's 30 pounds that are never going to be on your body again!!

Not sure on the occasional left shoulder pain, I've read some post that people do have this for several months after surgery, I'm not sure why.

Just had my second fill and can really tell the difference now, I must CHEW CHEW CHEW or end up paying the price.

Hope the fill works for you!
