New to LapBand Talk

Hello everybody, my name is Kevin and I am new to Lap Band Talk. I have been working hard to get ready for this surgery and all my hard work finally paid off. I got the great news :thumbup: this past week my pre op appointment is Wednesday 8/12/09 and my surgery is 8/17/09 yes it is only ten days away. Kim Marley is the surgeon that is doing the surgery in Windber,PA. His team is great, all of them are so friendly and always very helpful if I run in to a problem. I will keep posting as I go throw this. I am new to this site and new to blogging so I am looking forward this journey. :eek:

welcome Kam 2009. I'm johanna my surgery is Monday! I'm also new to blogging but its good. there are a lot of smart people on this site and they have helped me deal with this liquid diet stuff..lol well good luck and enjoy the journey.

Welcome Kam! Congratulations on getting a surgery date. Keep us all posted. I was banded 6/29 and I am so happy I did it. Best of luck to you.
