first post op follow up and cream of wheat

Had my first f/u appt today: my incisions look good, and other than that no new news. I have gone from 250lbs to 229.5 as of today which is pretty sweet.

My 2 week f/u with the dieticion is this week as well.... Not sure when the whole fill business happens. We shall see.

Oh yeah, and I ate too much cream of wheat today I think... My tummy is feeling a little too full like I totally pigged out. I ate 2 bowls (like a cup each) like 6 hours apart.
