Today I have felt like and I have not gotten enough water I feel so dry and the bad part is I feel I can't drink it fast enough! I have been trying to sip sip sip and I feel as though I am not getting anywhere. I kinda drank down a little to fast and it is sitting in my chest at least it feels that a way!. To make matter even worse these dang stalls this is the first one and I don't like it...I'm 5 weeks out and the scale has been standing fast at 32lb weight loss, I am trying my hardest to get
I hope that I am adding these blogs right! Let's see I am 5 days post-op and I think I am doing okay...all except I am missing food...I have not been hungry at ALL, but I want to eat with everyone else. Just missing everything that I could eat. I didn't think that this would be a problem but it is. You have to be very strong willed I see this now. Sometimes I regret the decision that I made but I know in my heart it was the best for me. My journey has began and I plan to make the best out of! St
