I was sleeved on the 27th of September....Surgery lasted 1 hour. When I woke up first thing I wanted to look at was my incision i was given 6 . They are not that ad doctor did a good job... I was then wheeled in to my room The nursing staff were great took really good care of me I slept most of the day the only thing i did do was vomit blood i Kind of freaked out but it was normal it was due to the Anastesia and that's probably the only thing i had in my system at that time. So I go to my pre-op appointment yesterday and everything went well.. Dr. Casillas is Amazing and his staff as well. I was originally scheduled for surgery on the 29th of September and he bumped me up to the 27th of this month which is next Tuesday ..AWESOME!!! I Love it.. Excited now time to go stock up on ISOPURE and vitamins and await my New Journey.....
Well On the 15th of AugustI went to visit my Dr. and Today I received a call that I am to meet with The Dr, again on the 22 of September for my pre-op appointment and on the 29th will be the beginning of my new journey.. I am excited but and nervous I feel as if I am about to have a baby or something just thrilled and anxious to begin my new journey in life..I do have one concern though, I am having surgery on Thursday and I wanted to know if I would be ok to go back to work on Monday aft
I am really excited now .. I just finished the Options class program and was told that I am now going to be referred for surgery my labs came out normal my journals were great and now it's time to wait. I am very excited and crossing my fingers that I get an appointment sooner then 3 months. I have been told that the procedure will take place at West LA kaiser . If anyone had the vertical sleeve done there can you please explain in detail the process on how long it took you to wait for you
