I was stuck at the about the same weight for a few weeks :sad0:so I decided to wait at least 2 weeks to weigh again. And I am only going to weigh on the same scales (Publix). It has been almost a month since surgery. I have lost about 34 lbs, (includes pre-op diet). I feel so much better. It's work but at least I know it can be done. There is such great support on here and I am so grateful to be a month out and looking forward to more good things!!!!! No regrets here, just want to lose lose lose (weight) and gain gain gain :001_huh:gain freedom to live life!!!!!!!:thumbup1: If it is to be, It is up to me!
I am feeling good and getting more in tune with the whole process. Big big change, don't drink when I eat, don't eat fast, chew 100 times etc. It is like learning to walk all over again. But I am so pleased with my progress so far and feel better than I have in a long time. Still get tired but that's what naps are for. Think I am down about 30 lbs. My clothes are all bagging, just call me the "Bag Lady"
