I am scheduled to go in for a fill this Wednesday. I was banded on 12/2 and dr put 1cc in my band. I do feel restrictions but not all the time. After 7pm on most days it appears I can eat almost anything and as much as I want. I'm not hungry in the mornings but I do eat an egg. During lunch i Usually feel restrictions. A few days ago I couldn't eat anything without spitting something up. Really bad day. On average. I am eating approx 1200 calories a day and the scale is not moving. Should I
I have been following my diet with myfitnesspal.com; however, I am not getting enough calories from my actual breakfast/lunch/dinner meals. I do have some restrictions (eat from 3/4 to 1 cup of food) and my band appears to be wide open after 8:00 pm at which time I usually crave and eat junk food (in moderation). I do eat my protein first. Please give me examples of what you all eat to reach 1200 calories per day? It does not appear to be possible to me with eating meat, fruit and vegys. I
