ITS BEEN WAAAAAY TO LONG!!

MY LIFE HAS TOTALLY CHANGED AND IT HAS CHANGED INTO SOMETHING VERY GOOD.!!!:smile: I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 59 POUNDS SINCE THE LAST TIME I WEIGHED WITH WAS BACK IN DECEMBER... IM IN A SIZE 14 CAN FIT IN SOME 12'S 16'S ARE WAAAY TO BIG FOR ME I FINALLY CLEANED OUT MY CLOSET WHICH MADE ME FEEL SO GOOD. :cool2: I DONT HAVE ALOT OF THINGS NOW BUT IF FEELS GREAT TO BUY 14'S OR 1X SHIRTS OR SKIRTS.... TAE-BO KICKED MY BOOTY!!

9:17AM I FINALLY STARTED MY EXERCISE ROUTINE! I DID 45MINS OF CARDIO!!!! TAE-BO!!!!!:scared: BILLY BLANKS WHIPPED MY TAIL :angry PUNCHING BAGS, SIDE KICK, SQUATS!!!!!:tired WHY ME!!! BUT I FEEL GOOD! Last Night was!!!!

One of the worst nights ever! I PB'ed for the first time ever since being banned in March I only tooks two bites of a 6 in subway sandwich and 3.2 seconds later A huge amount of SLIME AND MORE SLIME CAME FROM MY BODY!!! So ran to the restroom and fell to me knees and coughed one time and low and behold a ball of subway wrapped in slime!!!!! I cried and doubted my doctor and i wanted the band out of me!! i calmed down and just relaxed and i felt better after a few hours still wasnt able to eat much so i just went to bed no more pb'ing for me i cant deal with that!!!

My First Goal!!!!

I want/will lost 24 more pounds by June 11th!!!!! I lost 24 pounds in 7 weeks so I know I can do this. I have a new support system my EX-HUSABND!!!!! I'm happy with the goal and very excited to have new support! If I lost 24 more pounds that will put my total loss to 48POUNDS! I think it is a reasonable goal! I wish the best to all!!!!

update on weight loss

I'VE BEEN EXTRA AGGRAVATED FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS NOT SURE WHY BUT I HAVE....:scared: I WENT TO SEE MY GYNO FOR REGULAR CHECK UP!! SHE DIDNT KNOW WHO I WAS!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I GOT ON THE SCALE AND IT READ 245...... MY TOTAL LOSS IS 29 POUNDS IN 2 1/2 MONTHS!!!! I'M VERY PROUD OF ME!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO EVERYONE AND I WILL SEE YOU GUYS SOON!!!

Its Been A while....

Im here to post my feelings and progess My total weight loss is 33 pounds!! :whoo:in 3 months!!! That's 33 pounds that I will never see again in my life! I was disappointed because I thought it would have been more but I had to sit back and remember that I have only been on this road for 3 months now and I'm happy as hell!!!! my currrent weight is 240 and I also lost some emotional baggage * a old boyfriend* My goal is to be 230 by August 6 that's my next doctors appointment. :eek: So wish all of you luck and much sucess and hang in there things will get better of all of us. :clap2::clap2::ranger:

Digtial Scales are Accurate!!!!

The scale that I got on last week was totally wrong!!! It read 250:p I got on that same scale Monday it read 240:confused: then 260!@!!:think I got on a different scale at church on yesterday it read 260!!!!:think I went to the gym and got on a ditgital scale it read 253.2!!!!:phanvan So my total weight loss is :straight 3 pounds since my first fill on 4-16-07 total weight loss is 21 pounds!!! I called my doctor I'm going in for another fill on Tuesday!!!! I gotta get it right this time...

I DID MY INSURANCE GUYS JOB!

:bathbaby: :target: :cool: :cool: :cool: :cool: :cool: :cool: :cool: 1-24-06 10:37a.m. Spoke with **** at UHC to see of the predetermination letter had been received by them, he called the predetermination dept he said that I don’t even need a letter of predetermination all I need is a BMI of 40 but the more information I have for them is great! He gave a fax number 801 567 5497 attn to UHC Predetermination or call Care Coordinator dept 800 842 3920 to give me my id number and the reason for the surgery I would like to have. He really didnt persuade me into thinking he knew what he was talkin about. :phanvan :phanvan I called Scott at Dr. Rivas 10:45am He said he called on the 22nd to give gave a tentative surgery date of 2-26-2007 gave reference number waiting for a call back from the Care Coordination Department. He told me to call and ask the status of predetermination have you reviewed the case have you requested clinical information. 10:55am Spoke with the Care Coordination spoke with Erika in the department to see if they have reviewed the case or requested Clinical information. She said they case was called in the 19th it takes a while to go thru the process. After I explain to her my family history and why I need this. She gave me the fax number to give to information she asked for my BMI is 41.2 & weight 267 & height 5 7. She said that would help with the process She wished me luck she was sweet. God Bless Erika! 11:09am Called Scott back gave him the number and information he said my weight was 269 BMI 42.8 height 5 7 when I went to my first consult he said he would send the information over today!!!!!!!!! My present weight is 264 goes up and down 1 pound!! Im not mad cause I did the guys job I want the surgery I dont mind working a little to get it. I feel at ease because I had a hand in the process. Vita Splash Drink Mix

Just wanted to let my family know that there is a AWESOME drink out made by Vita Splash its's in a purple and silver box a little larger than the Crystal Light box. The flavor is Raspberry Lemonade made it 5grams of Fiber Infusion for optimal body fuction, and yes it works!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You just pour it in a bottle of water and shake and drink....It's surgar free not sure about the calories Some of my church family is noticing my weightloss and that made me free good. I only told 2 people at the church and made them swear not to tell anyone there. So I feel pretty good about that! I love my "simply beautiful" band! Thank you Jesus for your everlasting love for me. My band hates the Donut Shop!

So I tried again to eat a piggy in the blanket and my band said NO MA'AM My band kicked my tail for the first time this morning!:phanvan I will NEVER EVER eat or attempt to eat another Piggy N Da Blanket! For some reason I dont think I'm losing weight I do eat smaller portions but as far is weight is concerned I do think it's coming off. I'm going to buy a scale this evening *I'm so afraid of the scale* I hope you all have a great day! Nutrition Class was ok

I was late as ususal they didnt want to let me in at first but I talked my way in. I needed to attend the class in order to get my 1st fill on Monday! I'm so excited about the fill! I have no restriction right now its been 5 weeks since I've been banned! I had lost 15 pounds as of the 22nd of March not sure what my weight is now. Kinda scared to find out, I've been eating like a nut. My water intake as increased and my bread intake has also. I know when I get my fill I will have restriction and I will lose weight! thanks for listening Cameron??? why??

I got my membership information!!!

Well no card yet I called UHC to see what the problem was and she said that my HR dept hadnt ordered the new cards yet!!! :phanvan And that I was to call in the make the order. So after saying some kind words to her I reordered the cards which should be here with in 10 days.:phanvan She went ahead and gave me the membership card information to give to my lap band doctor. She said I would have to pay 1500 out of pocket she said that the doctor would have to send a letter of predtermination to them via fax or mail. :nervous She said it would take 30 to 45 days for approval??? I called the doctor office left a message for the insurance guy and now I'm thinking about changing doctors.:straight :straight I found out two of the staff members left the office. And for some reason that didnt sit well with me. Everytime I call the insurance guy he never answers :paranoid :paranoid so now I have made a new appt with a Dr. Jaysaleen *I spelled his name wrong* but his staff seems to have alot of knowledge and are always there to anwer the phone. Maybe I'm being to picky but I want to know that someone will be there to answer the phone when I call. :nervous

But make sure there are no exclusions in the policy… Called UHC to make sure no exclusions 1:16pm spoke to Tyrone and he said there are no exclusions covered at 80% bmi exceed 40% or greater. He gave me a fax nbr that I didn’t need 801 567 5498. NO INSURANCE CARD YET!!!

THE ONLY THING HOLDING ME BACK FROM GETTING APPROVAL IS ME SUBMITTED MY INSURANCE CARD INFORMATION! Hunger pains

I've started to have the hunder pain now....for some reason I didnt think I would feel that again. 11-16-06 I'm still waiting for my doctor's office to fax me the medical supervised diet thing that didnt work. WHY WHY WHY is it taking so long to get this paper work!!! I'm getting so overworked about his whole thing I want it so bad!!! what is a Thick girl to do??? :faint: :faint: :faint: :faint: :faint: :faint: :faint: UPDATE AS OF 4:52PM CST 4:15PM I SPOKE WITH SCOTT I DONT HAVE ENOUGH MEDICAL HISTORY FOR AETNA CAN KISS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I TOLD SCOTT THAT I WOULD CALL HIM BACK 4:18PM AFTER I TALKED TO ANGIE AND LAURA THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR UHC *YES I CALLED TWICE* I FOUND OUT THAT MY COMPANY HAS WLS INCLUDED AND UHC WILL COVER IT UP TO 80% I WILL PAY ABOUT 2200 OUT OF POCKET I WILL HAVE TO GET A IN NETWORK PROVIDER.. ALREADY GOT HIM ALL THAT IS REQUIRED IS A BMI OF 40% AND A LETTER FROM DR. I think the scale is wrong

THE SCALE WAS WRONG!!!!!!

OK SO MY AUNT LOU'S SCALE WAS WAY OFF MY CURRENT WEIGHT PER YESTERDAY IS 260 WHICH MEANS I'VE LOST 14 POUNDS SINCE THE SURGERY...... KIND OF DISAPPOINTED BUT HEY THAT'S 14 THAT WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!! Lunch was weird

I had alot of restriction at lunch time not sure what happened but I've never felt that before. Breakfast 1 bottle of water My lunch I ate half a scoop of potatoes 6 broccoli tops 6 carrots half of a hot dog Dinner not hungry Excerise Packing up my apt!!!!
