I've started to have the hunder pain now....for some reason I didnt think I would feel that again.

 

I'm staying in control of what I eat but I had to have something sweet so I had a small hot honey bun!!!!! did i mess up??? :P :help:

 

Am I suppose to have hunger pain already?:huytsao

What do I do about it?:cry

DO I need a fill?:guess

Do I drink water and not eat or do i eat something?:paranoid

If you are hungry try to choose high protein foods, they will keep you fuller longer. Hang in there...this will pass after you start getting fills. (((Hugs)))
