FIrst Time on Here

I am currently working with my Wellness Director where I work on getting a support group started there. I was Banded December 1 and I am down 70lbs since starting my pre-op diet. I have hit a few weeks where my weight loss has slowed and got a little discouraged. Talking with her and trying to get the group started I hope will help me and others. We will also open this to gastric also and to people who are interested in the surgery. If anyone is working with support group please send me ideas on
I was banded December 1, 2010. Had my first fill of 3cc January 7. I had lost 65lbs up to my first fill. Weighed this week and did not lose any and did not gain. I am a little dissapointed, but I will not quit what I am doing. I have been working out and with this fill I thought I would still lose, but I did not. I will need to keep a log of what I eat and see if that helps. Disgusted but optimistic also.
I am working evening shift right now, getting ready to be off work and hit the gym. I am fortunate to have a top notch gym to use right here at work. We have everything you see in most big gyms. Go to Dr Friday and may recieve my first fill. Hope everyone has a great day!
This is my first time on here. I had my surgery December 1st 2010. From pre op to post I have lost 64lbs. I am excited to start off 2011 with this TOOL to help me become healthier. My Journey has been uneventful, insurance approval was quick and I had found a great Dr. I have had great support from family and friends, my sister has been there for me from the beginning.
