O.K. I got my first fill yesterday on the 15.I am down 21 pounds from my lapband surgery weight on Oct.25.Yeah!!!!!!!! But I am really worried about Thanksgiving.I am so afraid I will buckle.I can here those carbs calling my name.
Hi I have been reading this blog for a while now and let me tell you,I am learning something new from each and everyone.I was banded on Oct. 25,2010.I had a two week pre op diet and lost 20 lbs.Since the lap band I have lost only 6 and have stayed the same weight for several days.Is this normal?I also wonder about your diet afterwards.I was able to eat part of a chicken breast four days after my surgery as long as I chewed like I was Supposed to.My doctor allowed this.I am wondering why our
