O.K. I got my first fill yesterday on the 15.I am down 21 pounds from my lapband surgery weight on Oct.25.Yeah!!!!!!!!

But I am really worried about Thanksgiving.I am so afraid I will buckle.I can here those carbs calling my name.

    hi I say don't deprive yourself, I to will have my fill b4 thanksgiving. and my nutionist told me to enjoy myself BUT< make sure you eat protein first that should fiil you up where you cant fit much else in. hope this helps
