Ok, so I'm two weeks out and I don't think there's any restriction in there. So, now I'm confused as to how much I'm suppose to be eating. Am I suppose to eat until I'm full or no more than 1/2 cup at a time? I don't go back to the dr for my first fill until September. I just don't want to sabotage myself.
I'm going for my first post-op visit tomorrow. So far, things have gone pretty well except for the gas. The gas has been the worst thing I have ever experienced. I have walked and walked, eaten Gas-X strips like candy, and kussed a little. Today has been better so maybe I'm on the the uphill swing. I'm about 10-11 pounds down. I know that isn't much but I'm pretty pumped about it.
Day 3 and 4, done and done. Three days until surgery and I'm not sure how I feel about that. For some reason I'm sort of weepy. I'm calling that excitement. This is going to be a positive change in my life and Lordy how I need one of those. I'm doing this for me and Lordy how I need to do that as well.
My stomach and I have been conversating all day. Basically I've told it, it's had practically everything it's ever wanted for 37 years. I think that's long enough for it to have it's way. So, a change is a comin'!
