I really stick to the no more then one cup and depending on what it is i can not even eat that.. I think the huge key to my success right now is listening to my body and stopping when it says.. Eating slow has allowed me to know when to stop make what ever your eating last 20-30 mins.
So everything is going smooth.. Im eating real food... thank goodness.... a week earlier then planned but i healed well and under cup keeps full for 4hrs.. My doctor wont realease me to work till the 25th of july that will be 4 weeks.. i feel so good i wish i could work right now. But my job wont let me go back till the doctor release me... S
