My first blog a few weeks ago was about beling stalled at losing 12 lbs. I'm happy to report now that 7 weeks out of surgery, I've lost 25 lbs. The difference for me came with intense exercise. I do water aerobics 2x per week along with spin class 3x per week and even a bootcamp class 1x per week. Yep, that's 6 days per week.   For me, my body adjusted quickly to eating smaller portions and decided to hang on to it and not budge an inch. After I added the intense exercise or as my friend call
I was so excited over my initial weight loss of 12 lbs for my first 2.5 week check up. But since then, I have lost maybe 1/2 lb. I'm eating good, exercising and still no more loss. I have not had a fill yet but i feel that on my own, i've lost more. I drink a protein shake everyday for breakfast, Have veggies and chicken or fish for lunch, and pretty much the same for dinner. I started at 283 so surely i should be losing more with the little "bird" size servings I'm eating. my exercising is ligh
