Yes i feel alot more better I am going to the gym at least twice a week and doing the biggest looser everyday I feel much better and eating healthier helps The scale issue I have my daughter hide it for me and weight once a week that help out of sight and out of mind so i dont think about it :tt1:
I am having trouble about the scale want to weight my self everyday than i get disappointed i know done well so far any soluntion would help:thumbdown:
