Down 103 pounds

I havent been on here lately busy daughter graduated last week party next i am down now 103 cant believe it had to buy a new outfit for her graduation nothing fit now not buy to much yet:rolleyes:

I am down 67 pounds now

Yes i feel alot more better I am going to the gym at least twice a week and doing the biggest looser everyday I feel much better and eating healthier helps The scale issue I have my daughter hide it for me and weight once a week that help out of sight and out of mind so i dont think about it :tt1:

Down 51 since my surgery

Hello everyone just an update i had surgery on 11-4-09 i started at 367 down to 316 amazing how different i feel great 27% to my goal weight on my way check back for more updates:tt2:
