I am having terrible gas and chest pain exspecially when i try to burb.

I my name is Karen and i was banded on Feb. 8 2010. When i was at the hospital my chest hurt alot my doctor said it was normal because i had tubes down my throat. Since being home I have been getting really bad gas pains, so i been walking at the mall on at the gym, everytime I move I get a shortness of breath, as well I feel it alot more when i try to burb.
