:thumbup:Had my band surgery Friday Jan 15. Wasn't bad. Only took half of the pain medicine I was allowed to take. Went home at noon on Saturady Jan 16. Doing very well. I am so glad today Monday Jan 18 I start the full liquid die

Day 2 Full Liquid

Yesterday was a little rough. I was hungry most of the afternoon. My stomach hurt and made those awful noises. I overloaded on the protein to see if that would help. Today was better so I think the extra protein helped yesterday.:confused:
