Yesterday was a little rough. I was hungry most of the afternoon. My stomach hurt and made those awful noises. I overloaded on the protein to see if that would help. Today was better so I think the extra protein helped yesterday.:confused:

    Hi Weezie, my name is Tina and I am starting my liquid diet next wednesday, I am pretty excited, but nerveous about the whole liquid diet thing. I am a single mom of 2 kids, and worried that when I am cooking them dinner or something it's going to smell so good that I am just going to want to eat it all up!!! lol, any suggestions???
