Hi Everyone! I had LapBand surgery roughly 3 years ago. I went in at 290 pounds, and lost most of the weight during the liquid phase of the process before surgery. I wont lie, I didnt follow any of the rules after surgery. I found myself hungry all the time. I have only had about 3-4 fills, and each time I go, I still find myself hungry all the time. About a year ago, I decided enough was enough and joined a gym and stopped eating my favorite food..potatoe chips! I wound up losing a total of 100
