Hey Everyone, I wanted to ask some of you experienced banders if it is normal to not feel much if any restriction after the first fill. I am contemplating calling the Doc on Monday if this is not normal. I can eat a good amount before feeling full. I am sticking to 1200 cals a day and have lost 20 lbs since surgery date on 7/13 but am worried that my old habits of overeating will rear it's ugly head. I do take this very seriously and have fended off hunger by drinking lots of water. Anyo

Hello All, I started my Lap Band journey on Monday of this week. (July 13,2009). I am so excited about how my life will improve. I am starting to feel better and better each day that passes. I am on day 4 of the liquid diet and not really bothered by it too much. I am sure by the end of the week I will be wanting something with texture. I have been sticking to water, chicken broth, apple juice and boost. Any other options for liquid diet? I am excited about being a bandster!   MPar
