My journey begins

Ok folks the journey begins today with a visit to NJ Bariatrics to visit Dr. Wai Yip Chau.   My thoughts entering the day were something short of exictement after really doing my homework I found that not only do I need the surgery I want the surgery.   For years I have told myself that I can lose this weight, I would start a new diet but same results.
