I'm getting banded tomorrow morning. I'm so excited. I'm not one bit nervous. I want this very badly and I don't have any reservations. The 14 day pre-op liquid diet really wasn't bad. The Opti-Fast was amazing. It took care of any hunger. I'm glad I chose that option. I'm actually surprised how quickly the two weeks went by.   I've only told one of my friends about getting banded. This is my first blog entry. We'll see how I do from now on. I'm on day four of my liquid diet. It's not that bad. I mentally prepared myself for this. I figure that I've eat so much junk over the years, that two weeks prior to surgery is the least I can do. I've eaten more than my fair share over the years. I feel great actually. My dr. doesn't allow any food other than sugar free jello. I'm doing Optifast. I love the convenience of it. I have 6 of them a day. I space them out about every two
