I can't sleep

I HAVE ALWAYS HAD TROUBLE SLEEPING AT TIMES (NOT ALWAYS) SINCE MY SURGERY 06/18/09 I WAKE UP EITHER AT 2, 3 OR 4 IN THE MORNING. YOU KNOW HALF AWAKE AND HALF A SLEEP THIS IS DRANING ME AND I HATE TO HAVE TO KEEP TAKING PILLS JUST TO SLEEP. IF ANY ONE HAVING THIS PROBLEM AND DOES IT GO AWAY. THANK YOU, PRIS.

What can i eat

I AM AT THE MUCHIE STAGE POAT OP DATE 06/18/09 I KNOW I CAN EAT MASHED POTATOS, I DONT' KNOW WHAT I CAN EAT THAT IS GOOD FOR ME AND EVERYTHING I THINK OF DOES NOT HAVE ANY PROTIEN. ALL I GOT FROM MY DR. IS A LITTLE BOOKLET THAT LISTS ABOUT 4 THINGS. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE. PRIS.

Pain in chest, stomach and intestines

I WOKE UP WITH A LOT OF PAIN, I TOOK SOME GAS STRIPES THAT HELPED SOME. WHAT IS THIS AND WHAT CAN I DO FOR IT? I NOW HAVE A HEAD ACHE FROM ALL THE PAIN. WHAT'S NEXT. PAIN apple sauce and stomach pain, what?

i am 2 weeks and 1 day post -op. 6/18/09 last night a eat some apple sauce and i began to have serve pain in my stomach. i don't know what it was but boy it really hurt. today i don't feel to good, still have a little disconfrort. (and i was feeling go much better the last 2 days before the apple sauce) has this happened to anyone and is it with sertine foods and what can i do when it happens.   thank you and god bless you, pris.

is anyone on anti depressents?

i have been depressed and having panic attacks since my surgery. i'v been doing alot better, but still some what depressed. my regular Dr. (knows nothing about lap-band) gave my zoloft but i'm afraid to take it about 6 years ago i was on it and i gained wieght and now the more i read on here it seems like so many people have trouble keeping off the weight or staying at a base weight, so i'm a little afriad but also tired of not feeling like my self.   thank you in advance. pris.

Muscle pain everywhere,

I HAVE PAIN THROUGH OUT MY BODY HIPS, THIGHS, CALFS, BACK. MY LEGS FEEL LIKE THEY ARE GOING TO CRAMP UP. CAN ANYONE GIVE ME SOME REASON HWY OR WHAT I CAN DO FOR IT. THANK YOU.

Anyone else feel anxiety and depressed

I am post op day 6 and i have been feeling alot of anxiety and a little bit of depression i feel worried and i dont want to be left alone.I have been crying for no reason i would like to know if this is normal and how long it will last and is there anything that will help:confused:
