at last

I have a date of when I will mostly get band September 2009. I know that I should be happyer but for some reason I am not. I think that it because I got my hope up that it would be sooner. I know this takes time and it is worth the wait. 4 month just seems like forever but I would rather wait then not get it done. Maybe I will be lucky and it will be sooner.

I need help

I know that I am going to get band I just dont know when I have to finish parer work and lab teat and my apt but my ins cover it 100% So Iam keeping my mind on other things to make the time go faster. Here is were you all come in if you could tell me good proten drink that I can buy at walmart and good baby food ( for when I am on mush) and all that goods wtuff like what do I take with me to surgery ( like clothing wise and shoe wise ) well I hope u can help

this is all I can say

I GOT APROVED TO BET BAND AND I DONT HAVE TO PAY OR DOANYTHING BUT THE NORMAL TEST I AM SOOOOOO HAPPY!!!!!!! I dont have a date yet but I will let you know

:unsure:I am freaking out about paper work. I dont get to the doctor unless I have to how far back do records go:cursing: I really want to get band I hope that I can. My seminar is in 2 days I cant wait.:w00t: untell the i will read as much as I can about geting band and all that jazz:smile2: thank u everyone I have talk to has been so helpful and made me feel like I can do this

I did it I went to talk to my doctor

I went to my doctor two days ago to see if I can get the lap band. She said that yes I would be a good candidate to get it. So now I have to go to a seminar and the to a new doctor that will run all the test and see what he has to say. I am praying that my insurance will cover my lap band surgery so that I can start my new life.

Just a girl looking for hope I am hoping this is the right place

Hello everyone my name is Holly. I am 23 years old and am thinking about get the lap band surgery. I joined this group to get help from people that know what it feels like to be over weight and unhappy about it.:sad: I am currently 235 pounds and i am 5 feet tall my bmi is 44 and I have sleep apnea. I am hoping that if I can get the lap band that it will change my life for good. I am 23 and have not gone swimming in a swimming suit since I was 12. I just want to be happy with the way I look. Maybe if I try hard enough I will finally have the life I have wanted for so long. I also want to thank all the people that have been so nice to me, it means a lot to hear good thing for a change.:wub:
