Wow its been about a week since i have logged on. So I didn't get to diary my food choices. I have been very busy and didn't not GYM work out once this week. But thats okay i still did my morning Squats and arm exercises, which make me feel really good. This last week i finally put my scale away.. I was weighing everyday, and getting frustrated w/ my self. I decided to pay more attention to how my clothes fit and how i feel. You know I got so many compliments this last weeek. This morning, I have decided to blog and maybe it will help me to do better for myself. I let myself eat things and shouldn't and I need a change. My 2nd fill was on 05/11, and since then i have lost 4lbs. Let me tell myself what i ate yesterday... Breakfast(7am), i had yogurt w/ strawberries and Granola, and water-which isn't a bad choice, i just need to stick to low fat. .
