Wow moments!!!!

So I've decide to try some of my old clothes and shirts wow wow I was able to wear some of my clothes that months ago they didn't fit . Ok now I need to get jeans and pants and shirts, so I've decided to go to the mall and go to the plus size store like I usually do but something inside of me said not to and go to a regular / normal store. ( I don't know what to call it since I was always going to plus size stores) So I tried some shirts and pants and was having so many many WOW moments :eek::w00t::thumbup: the sales associate was so helpful I didn't know what size shirt and pants I was. So I purchase my 1st normal size shirt and pants wow its been such a long time.

Wow energy

Wow I have noticed the amount of energy that I have. I'm able to go to the gym 3xs a week for now, on mondays I do a 30 min pilates, 30 min of yoga and then 1 hour of cardio latin. Tuesday 1 hour of cardio latin and saturday 45 min of cardio and 1 hr of spinning class. The spinning class is very motivating to bust your butt and love it  :tt1: Some sundays we are able to play tennis with my friends and wow that is another big improvement a long time ago I was only able to play for like 30 min now we play for hours straight, what I do is take my crystal light and a fruit cup for snacks. Also I'm able to job light with my dogs, my plan is to be able to run straight with my dogs, little by little I will be able to do that in the future.

I think I need a fill

ok so my first fill was in may 5, 09 and it was 3.3 cc and saw my doctor in june and doctor said no fill since I had lost 9lbs.:smile2: The scary part I thought I had not lost any weight since I was not working out at the gym but I have been doing house chores and cutting my grass and etc. I think my body has gotten used to it and because I've noticed I am able to eat more and more. I have my doctors appointment this week and we'll see what the doctors say. I also don't think I've lost weight either but we'll see waiting anxious for my doctor visit.

ok shoulder pain going away :)

ok so my gas / shoulder pain is hardly there. I've noticed I can move better and my belly is not that swollen I guess its healing and getting better. Still eating my sf popsicles, water and propel and walking around the house, doing chores. That is wonderful music to my ears , I'm tired of just sitting down and lying down.

1st week post op

(so I'm still 1 week late so here it is) ok so 1st week post op and still on broths and sf popsicles. I have some pain and discomfort and I've noticed the couch is not helping my pain and discomfort so I have a nice and comfortable chair in my living room and I asked my husband to move into master suite so I can swap from my bed to the comfortable chair. Also the dr. wrote a prescription for the pain and it taste like crap, nasty . I can't stand liquid medicine but this makes the pain go away though it makes you feel sleepy and dopey. I'm trying to walk in the house to move, I'm bored of going from bed to nice comfortable chair but this is the best I can do for now. I can't wait to be out and about, riding my bike, walking my dogs and etc.

3/5/09

(I need to blog and get up to date) So I started my 2 week clear liquid diet and its hard. The first 3 days were the hardest but you have to keep in mind that you need to do this in order for surgery to go smooth and have little complications. Its hard but I made my own broths of chicken and beef, I ate sf popsicles but I got bored  so I got fresh lime and added it to my broths to change the flavors and it made a difference Positive attitude and support makes a big difference.
