Vitamins Question

Is any one having problems with taking vitamins? I'm trying to take womens one a day but the pills are too big so I've cut them in half but its still too big and I get the nauseous feeling. I'm having my oatmeal for breakfast and I'll take an hour later and still get that nauseous feeling. Does any one have any suggestions?

I'm not banded yet, and vitamins already make me nauseous. I've started using Centrum Chewables. YUMMY.
