1st fill

ok so my first fill was on 5/6/09 and my doctor filled 3.3 cc ok its a little hard to process the food, I have to remind myself chew chew chew chew chew and take my time eating and not drinking with my food. So the doctor weight me and I didn't loose or gain so my weight is 232 for now.

I have noticed that I have more energy and want to be more active, we have played tennis with friends for about 4 hours that was unheard of before. I had to take breaks in 1 game for 1 hour.

We shall see what happens in 6/3/09
