Yes, its been a few weeks since I have updated my blog. I had become very good at taking my good o'l time chewing my food, so much so that I thought I was able to eat more than I thought I should have eaten. In one meal I was able to eat a whole baked potato with chicken/cream of chicken soup on top. More than I ever thought I would be able to eat. I am happy that I have lost 14 lbs and am looki
