Well I am getting my walking in. I walked 30 min at lunch and 30 min after I cooked dinner for my family. I am going to try and keep it up. I need to try to make some sort of schedule I can keep to. I have to make some kind of change to get a change.
I am so frustrated. I am at my max as far as fills. It took me nine months to get there with very little weight loss. I just went and looked at what I weighed when I had my surgery and I have only lost 8 lbs in a year. I just recently started getting the sensation of things getting stuck. I know I probably have not exercised like I am suppose to. But I need some advice. My doctor just says don't eat anything soft or liquid and don't drink during meals. I do all that and nothing. Waah waa
