I am looking at having my band done on 08/16. I have been doing research and have found nothing but mixed info. I am 342lbs and looking to lose..... I am still thinking of bypass but I am scared of having a new freeway for the rest of my. My Dr has told me that men seem to lose more weight than women with the band, is this true? can anyone let me know what to expect 1 month after surgery, 2 months, a year.   I would like to know of any problems that anyone has had or is having that they forge
