Just wanted to let you I have the same problem. Lately I have found that if I eat an orange (slowly) My boredom hunger goes away. The only thing I can think as to why is the acid in the orange stays around. after a few moments I no longer have the boredom hunger. Good luck

I am looking at having my band done on 08/16. I have been doing research and have found nothing but mixed info. I am 342lbs and looking to lose..... I am still thinking of bypass but I am scared of having a new freeway for the rest of my. My Dr has told me that men seem to lose more weight than women with the band, is this true? can anyone let me know what to expect 1 month after surgery, 2 months, a year. I would like to know of any problems that anyone has had or is having that they forget to tell you prior surgery. Any help would be great, until this site I have not been able to speak with someone who has had the band.
