Today is Day 6 of my post-op diet. I've been doing well & I'm already down 16 lbs from surgery date!   I scheduled four days of relaxation to de-stress before my surgery. My husband & I flew to San Diego and two days later, I received a call that my grandmother (favorite person in the world!) passed away. So, two days later, I had surgery in Mexicali, Mexico.
