Okay, so it has been one year since my surgery - it was 10/24/2008. I started off at a size 26 weighing in at 311 lbs. I lost 120 lbs and was down to 191 and a size 12. However, even with all that weight gone I still feel fat and constantly struggle with my image. I dont know how in the hell to stop stressing about it! I hate living like this! And now to make matters worse I have gained back 11 lbs and am again 202 lbs. Any ideas on gaining more self-esteem and a better self image would b
