Stuck and Frustrated!!!!

I have been stuck at the same weight for the past 3-4 weeks. I will lose a pound gain it back. gain a pound lose it again....

i had my second fill on tuesday. I have the 9 cc realize band. I had 3 cc on the first fill and 1 cc on the second fill. i have been really concentrating on the diet, so i dont know why im not losing.

i guess i do need to add more exercise--i moved from Florida up north to Indiana. I used to exercise outside a lot, but since the weather is unpredictable here i have cut back on my exercising :)

i just need some encouragement and any advice to get me through this plateau!!!!!

any one else in the same boat?

ive been in that boat BEFORE i got my band..ive only been banded 3 days, but I can say it's not supposed to be easy, nor is it supposed to be extremely hard...we have to start all over...continue to increase exercise gradually and really take a look at what you're eating..if your diet is perfect, then focus on your exercise..if nothing happens after changes are made discuss it with your physician...every problem has a solution! hang in there!

OMG.. I feel the same way. I just called in to get my second fill. I am at 5.5 now and I still get hungy.. I am eating right and started excercizing but have not lost a popund in almost 3 weeks.. My surgery date was March 9th.. I think I lost more before the surgery...:)

I always fight with the same 2 lbs. I'll finally lose 2 lbs but what happens is the following week i'll weigh myself it'll be 2 lbs down but i'll fight with those same 2 lbs for the next 2 weeks.

i've been going through a similar situation. i lost rapidlt post op, but after about a month slowed way down. i was stuck in about the same spot for weeks, well thiw week i finally got myself motivated to exercise properly. and low and behold dropped like 3 pounds this week. hopefully you can find something to jump start you again!

I was banded on 3/9 and I am so sick of the 8 or so lbs that won't come off so that I am under 200. I can get down to 204 and creep right back up. I thought it was carbs, but I really don't have that much. I think if these will go my life would be great.
