hi everyone. my name is joe joe and i'm new to this . i had lap band surgery nov 25th 2008 and i've lost 46 lbs so far

    JoeJoe great Job on the weight loss. I had surgery on the 4th of Nov. I am down to 198 from 248. It is a slow but wonderful process. I no longer have to wear my insulin pump and take blood pressure medication.
