I'm surprised at how much I enjoy my gym! I get a much better workout than I ever did at home, and I don't feel as out of place as I expected to.

I still do some things at home, though - Crunches on the ball, walking my dogs, some Wii Fit yoga.

Thanks! It is so expensive that I did not want to sign up and not use it. I start my free 7 day pass on Sunday so hopefully it is an awesome place. It is brand new.

Today: Just arrived home from work, so I don't have time to exercise. Again, another accident on blood alley took the lives of a child and adult, :sad:which delayed my home time.

TGIF!

Run: 25min

Walk: 10min

I ran for 20 min straight! I was sure I wouldn't be able to do it, too.

So 45 min. on treadmill.

Last night was leg workout and another 65 minutes on elliptical.

This morning I set the wrong alarm and barely had time to get into work on time. Left calf was extremely tight this morning and has not loosened up today. That coupled with DD apparently having the flu and DW needing to get some errands done, looks like today is out completely.

Today: 2.30 mile treadmill walk on a 5% incline with two hand held weights in each hand at 2 pounds each for 50 minutes.

I had a rest day. My triceps were happy but my quads are still killing me. I think I may have to go to two rest days a week.

Woke up this morning and left calf was better but still stiff. Still came in for 45 minutes on elliptical. Glad I did it, calf got better as I was on it.

I'll be going back up after work this afternoon for another 45-60 minutes.

yesterday - about 1hr walk about w/dogs was pretty windy, wasn't in the mood for the gym...

today - day off; football watching

today - day off; football watching

Is there any way possible for both the Iggles and Gnats to lose today?

ha, don't think that one is possible.

actually DH and all his cowboy loving buds are pulling for NY - they hate the eagles much, much more.

Just don't think I can pull for either team. Think I'll pull for the underdog of AZ to go all the way.
