Friday: Rest

Saturday: Bootcamp & 2.5 mile walk

Sunday: hour on elliptical (5.05 miles) & 2.5 mile walk

I have though about renting 'Run Fat Boy Run' but didn't know if it would be jsut too stupid. Maybe I will pick it up!! I'm in the mood for a really silly movie.

Its a British movie and im British so it appeals to my British sense of humour.

If you liked 'The Full Monty' you should be safe.

I loved it! And it has a token American in it.

Today: 50 minutes treadmill @ 4% incline 2.5 miles jogging with a mix of a power walk.:huh2:

Oh my, we totally have to convince CC to do a tri!

Today was my rest day. So I rested. :huh2:

All of you runners, I have a question. I ran/walked 10 miles today (2 seperate runs). Behind my left knee is hurting tonight. I have run more in the last 2 weeks than ever and I know my joints are tired, but how do I know if I have injured myself. I don't want to rest it. Should I push through and run or should I walk for a few days. It doesn't feel like muscle pain and is not Super painful. Just VERY annoying. I haven't tried to run on it since it started hurting so I don't know if that makes it worse or not. I didn't injure it that I am aware of. What do yall think. I just run. I realy don't have any idea what I am doing. I just know I have 1 more week in the Nike+ challenge and want to finish strong.

It sounds like an overuse injury. You really need to rest it or it will just get worse.

i have done NOTHING , but eat:rolleyes:

today DH is off, so i plan to go to the gym w/him later. while he trains - i'll just walk the treadmill for as long as i can. i can't stand feeling a bit sluggish today:blushing:

renewed - i don't run really like ya'll but it sounds like fatigue. i'd give the leg a rest.

Back at it this morning and upper body workout was alot better than last weeks.:) Oh well. Did 1 mile run afterwards. Working a double today. May be able to get in a small cardio workout sometime today. We'll see.

Today: Treadmill 55 minutes 4% incline for 2.65 miles jogging and power walking.

On my way to get a root canal and crown placed on.:scared2:

Ok, I just added another 3.1 mile run in less than 30 minutes followed by minute cooldown. Difference this time was I paused the treadmill every 1/2 mile to drop to the floor and do 20 pushups. Nothing earth shattering, but it made it different. Thought I would have to drop the number of pushups each time I paused, but never happened. Next time I try this I'll try for 25 pushups.:scared2:

Hi guys! My ankle feels much better today. I actually did a 2 mile walk on the treadmill today! YAY! It's good to be moving again!

Renewed....I know it's gonna be hard, but take a rest girlie! You probably just overdid it! You don't want to risk an injury though, so take it easy for a couple of days. Feel better soon.
